Midlockview Dog Holiday Boarding
On arrival owners must produce an upto date annual booster/kennel cough vaccination certificate this must be administered a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding.
We require proof with the dates of broad spectrum de-worming and external/flea and tick treatment given.
If on arrival the health of any dog is cause for concern, we reserve the right to refuse admission.
Any dog requiring veterinary attention, (in the opinion of kennel management) will be taken to your own vet, (if local) during opening hours. Out of hours or non-local clients will be treated by our local veterinary practise. Owners will be liable for all consultation, treatment and travel costs. Payment must be made in full before the dog can be released. Any dog requiring veterinary attention after 48 hours of leaving the kennels is not covered by our
If you believe your dog is due in season during her board, you must inform us. Please be aware that we will make every effort to protect your un-spayed bitch from unwanted male attention but cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur and may result in an unwanted pregnancy.
We ask you to bring/supply your dogs own food while boarding (if not you will be charged an extra daily rate for food).
All dogs must have a collar with identification tag and lead, no choke chains please.
Dogs may share a kennel,only if from the same family/household,supported with written consent, accepting that they may need to be seperated, sharing rate will then no longer apply.
No dog will be accepted without payment in full prior to arrival.
Upon booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Any cancellation after the booking is confimed by deposit being received will be liable to 50% of the total booking value. Any cancellation not notified within 48 hours of commencement of the booking will be liabe to payment in full.
